2013 is shaping up to be a bumper year for gamers. Aside from the inevitable Call of Duty and Battlefield releases, there are plenty of exciting blockbusters primed to launch on consoles and PC in the next 12 months.

Which ones are you most excited for?

Dead Space 3

Release: February 7

Platforms: Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PC

Dead Space 3 has a strong emphasis on cooperative play, which is quite far removed from the original game's solo survival-horror experience. Here's hoping developer Visceral Games hasn't ditched the horror for a more focused multiplayer experience.

Crysis 3

Release: February 12

Crysis 3 looks to be the best game in the series yet. In it, players explore a devastated New York City, which has been encased in a giant Nanodome created by the corrupt Cell Corporation.

Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance

Maybe Sim City, new Dead Island and Star Wars 1313.


*Injustice: Gods Among Us is also coming out on Wii U.
Definitely excited for... SimCity, Watch Dogs, Grand Theft Auto V, Splinter Cell Black List and possibly Beyond Two Souls.

Plenty of great titles for sure. My most anticipated of 2013 isn't a home console title however. It Luigi's Mansion 2 on 3ds. *_*

GTA, the first title released by Rockstar was released first on PC in October 1997 then released later on PS1 in December 1997.
Not bringing GTA V to PC is a joke, it could look amazing. Current gen consoles are gonna struggle. It is possible it won't make it to PC at all just look at Red Dead Redemption. If it does expect a lame port.
