Hey Guys,

So as you know we've launched mygames.com.au... to the public, but we're still focused on supporting the MMGN community.

So that's why we've opened this thread for your suggestions and feedback, and to make requests for peripherals and titles on all platforms.

Keep in mind that we will only be stocking PAL games - we decided it was better to have the best quality we could get, have all DLC compatible with your consoles, and provide a competitive price rather than having headaches surrounding NTSC copies and the dramas that go with enabling DLC.

You order it before 2pm then it will ship the same day, if after 3pm it will ship 8am the next morning.

Free standard post which is 2-5 days (we all know how great AUS Post is) or you can pay $5 to get the item express (next day delivery to most areas)

All deliveries are trackable online.

It's in the pipeline, depending on how successful the site becomes. Having said that we've already had a tonne of orders, and it's great to see some MMGN members supporting the new site :D

When you make an order on MyGames you have a sweet collection case which you can show off via Facebook and Twitter. They will be made public soon, and we'll probably look at integrating something similar into MMGN once the new profiles are live.

I think if this site is dedicated to selling games, you guys will need basic business stuff.

Stuff like:
• Returns and Refunds
• Shipping and delivery

As for the FAQ, questions like:
• Where are the items located?
• What payment types do you accept?

etc.

EDIT: What the... What details do you use to log in? I'm using my MMGN email address and password and it's not letting me login...? [WTF]

Yeah aus post is great (sarcasm intended) i really dont think they are. We deal with them at work

I just logged out and back in of MMGN so I'm using the correct details.

I keep getting a "Login failed.
The email or password provided is incorrect." error for the mygames.com.au URL. :/

Yeah MMGN usernames are not permitted at the moment but will be coming down the track. If you don't want to login with your Facebook you can register with your email address by clicking here
