Pandemic

So, E3 2012 kicks off in a week, starting on the 5th of June, to the 7th of June.

Threads based on the conferences for Sony, Microsoft and Nintendo will most likely be created on the day of their conference, but this will hopefully be used for the other conferences such as EA, Ubisoft, and developers. Along with gaming news, trailers, and other E3 related content. Basically, anything related to E3.

Apparently Konamis conference is just another pre-recorded one this year. Makes me sad that we wont see another one like the E3 2010 conference by them this year. That was hilarious.

Microsoft’s E3 presser to include Capcom, EA, Harmonix, Square Enix, THQ, and Ubisoft reveals
Microsoft’s Xbox E3 media briefing next week will include “world premieres” from Capcom, EA Sports, Harmonix, Square Enix, THQ, and Ubisoft, GameTrailers TV host Geoff Keighley has said in a new promo clip.

New Hitman Absolution Trailer Coming Tomorrow

On the official Square Enix Facebook page a new teaser image has appeared for Hitman: Absolution along with the news from the publisher that a new trailer will be released tomorrow 1pm BST.

I guess Microsofts conference will be better than I was expecting this year! Was expecting 3rd party reveals, but not at their conference.

I feel the Microsoft conference will be decent, but nothing mind blowing. Sony will just be touting PS Vita, some PS3 games and maybe even some Move titles, but Nintendo are going to KILL it this year. A new console is too hard to compete with.

Prettymuch, Microsoft can't make theirs mindblowing unless they bring out a new console, and that wont happen, not this E3. Sony do have some pretty good exclusives to show off this E3, along with console cloud gaming on PS3 if the rumors before are any indication, and yeah. Nintendo will do well this year, more 3DS software, and the Wii U re-reveal will be awesome!

@Mirage yeah that surprised me too, I thought we'd be hearing from Activision on that front for sure during the M$ conference.

2012 is going down in history as Nintendo's E3, let's face it.

That's exactly what I'll be doing.

The only live stream on MMGN will be for the Ubi conference (using their cameras).

Hopefully the others will make their footage open to everyone in the future as well so then you'll never have to leave MMGN for E3 [MOG]

Or we could send like 10 people and steal some cameras from a TV station and broadcast it ourselves [Shifty]

@IAMColonel - when all three of us were going we had some massive content planned, along with a full featured documentary of a journalist's trip to E3. It's actually quite a lot of work, and an insane amount of running around which we thought would be awesome to show you from behind the scenes, real stuff that you just don't get from regular coverage.

BUT that all fell through.

So now we'll be posting live-stream links on the day. @Ben will be giving full updates from the showroom floor and press conferences, and the rest of the editorial team will be awake during ungodly hours to bring you what he can't handle.

Sony’s E3 Live Streams To Show 25 To 30 New Game Demos
Sony’s press conference, held next Monday at the LA Sports Arena (like last year) will play host to a good chunk of new gaming, from demos of titles we know about and at least two we haven’t.

I'm curious as to what type of game Final Fantasy Dimensions will be.

Edit: Oh neat! It's a new version of Final Fantasy Legends, which Japan got a couple of years ago on mobiles. (it has SNES Final Fantasy gameplay, and was episodic)
