you need the tier 1 edition which comes with the code, but im pretty sure the beta has ended by now.

I have the Tier 1 ed. but it doesn't have the code, just a piece of paper promoting the beta :O

EDIT: I just double checked and yes you will need the MoH Tier 1 disc to get early access to the beta.
