You should also mention that this is not an "Official" date as EA have not announced it. Just like Tekken 6 is perncilled in for 27/10/09 release date but Namco Bandai have yet to announce an official date.

Tried playing this game online this afternoon... just wont join a game... comes up with an error about the game not being available and lost connection... i connect fine with GTA4, GT5, MC LA, etc....
Im nat type 2 UpNp enabled, have set up a DMZ everyhting should be fine... just no go though....
How do i fix this....
Ive just didabled UpNp but yet to try it... fingers crossed...
Anyone else had this problem and worked out how to fix it?

I always try to get into the online for this but it never works out. All the destructible environments really piss me off. And I generally feel that too many and overpowered vehicles in games like this, suck ass. I mean I know it's realistic for someone in a tank to own a whole lot of running soldiers but I just dont like it.

For me it's a NO to vehicles, unless they are simply for transportation. Generally just too many random explosions that lead to instant death and half the time you have no idea what cause it. I know it's a war game but I dont care, haha.

TANKS were alryt to kill.. not really hard but the overpowered one is the helicopter... i use specialist when theres a tank... im addicted to this game... im not really good at it but my rank is always below 20..

Yeah I agree that COD is a little too fast. Also at times it can feel like a sniping game, because you can get random head shots with any old machine gun from far distances. It's even worse on pc as you can have huge team death matches and a lot of the time that's basically spamming grenades and firing aimlessly. It's too chaotic for me. Can't be too fast but not too slow either. My favourite BF was Battlefield: 2142 on pc. I loved it. Has not beenmuch else like it for me.

battlefield badcompanies campaign is ****ish BUT ONLINE IS BETTER THEN modern warfare can't wait till bfbc 2 and modern warfare 2 come out but mor importantly GOD OF WAR3

Since k/zone 2 was released the numbers have dropped on BFBC. That's alright with regards to the speed at which you can join a campaign, however, when you've got 4 a side it can be like finding a needle in a hay stack when it comes to combat! The other problem (as yet still unresolved) is knuckleheads who get of on killing their own team. Still an awesome game but now competing against Resistance 2 as well as K/zone 2.
