That's the same setup i use. Scar with a silencer instead though. Started playing sabotage as well, heaps better. even with red internet

This is my first COD so im far from the best online.

There are alot of people playing online who are now at a high rank and kill people like me who are under the category of COD NOOB so want i wanna know is if there are any tips for people like me?

Don't spray, be always alert, teamwork and use the right weapon for the situation for example use rifles (sniper, LMGs and Assault rifles) for open range shooting and use SMG, shotguns, machine pistols and handguns for tight close quarters battles. Think like ur enemy it will predict his behaviour and know ur maps well.

I take it 'SP' means 'stopping power...? If you put that in, you can't use cold-blooded(which gives invisibility from radar detection).....

I've toggled both on and off, believe Cold-blooded is the better of the two.

Hard-line is good for getting some air support acttion

stick with Assult rifles. basically the average joe weapon. also pick stopping power and that perk that makes you reload faster. it helps, a lot. once you get better you can start trying more out there weapons, perks and extras.

I'm in the same boat as you, I've had the game for a week and frankly I'm shocking

My average kills per game was 2 and average deaths was about 10..
But I stuck to assualt rifles (M4, SCAR), I had stopping power and I had sleight of hands and I am now hitting some form.
So keep at it, you'll get better soon

Campers **** me off.

The game is a camper utopia. You ask why?

Here's why:
-All maps for TDM, DOM etc. Are huge! Players who cant be bothered camping around waiting for others to pass have to run for 2 minutes to get into a good position and get killed by a camper u cant even see. Basically all im saying in regards to the maps is that they are too big and are more suited for a camping.
-Game is pretty much made to benefit a camper type player. You have perks like scrambler, cold blood and Ninja.
-You have weapons attachments like heart beat sensors, silencers, Thermal scopes etc.
-All these combined and your pretty much invisible.
-all a camper needs to do is get his 11+ kill streak and get a pavelow apache or AC130 and theyve practically won the match.

I think they should put a bit of variety in TDM and such game types, by adding a couple of smaller maps such as like in COD4 where you had Bloc, Bog and showdown.

-Not all maps are huge. And if you use your UAV wisely or heartbeat sensor then you should be able to spot most of them.
-Game is also made to counter camper type players. You have perks that make you invisible, sure, but it's a pretty big tradeoff. Stopping power vs Cold-Blooded. And do enough people really use heartbeat sensors to make Ninja a decent perk?
-Weapon attachments like heartbeat sensors can be used to counter campers, silencers significantly decrease your damage, and I don't see how thermal scopes are in any way god's gift to campers...
-All these combined, and you might be invisible but also very underpowered and the power of the killcam will have you fixed up immediately after your first kill
-If you can camp using these camping tools you've listed and notch up an 11 kill streak and an AC130 then congrats. Seriously, try it. You make it sound easy but it's certainly not.

I should also add that camping is not encouraged by anyone. So even if they are doing well, their own teammates won't be real fans of them either, and it's also not a whole lot of fun just sitting there for a whole game...

I use everything i can to make myself 'invisible', but that's to give me some kind of a chance with lag issues. Kill-cam negates camping most of the time. I too hate people who just stare at a door waiting for someone to walk through(that's camping), but there is a big difference with that and someone who anticipates the enemies movement and shuts it down. People are too quick to cry foul when they see the kill-cam and see that the guy was stationary when they shot them....That's not always camping. What's the point in just running into the open and taken your chances? That's just cannon fodder. Play smart, and even with a red ping rate, you can get the highest score....

I do play smart, Im at level 66 - nothing spesh but better then some. (i have a life by the way, I work 40 hours per week and have a gf (in other words im not a nerd lol for those ppl presuming)) Ur prolly thinking im some noob that walks around in open space.

I know what a camper is. They work in one area, (camp site) in prone position targeting one area that's in front of em. Its impossible when more than one person is camping also, because even the new improve spawn technology in some maps do nothing but get you killed.

And btw, thermal scopes especially in weathered conditions such as in Afghan (sandy winds) and in that rain map (dont know the name - dont care) where you cant see afar without a scope all ppl need to do is scout the area with thermal and even if you think ur covered always get shot down by someone that can see a white part of your foot or head or shoulder.

And in regards to an AC130 or any other form of air support, dont really even need to get a killstreak, all you need is a care package at streak 4 or 3 if you have hardline.
