Crysis, the gorgeous sci-fi shooter from German developer Crytek Frankfurt, is a PC game. So is its sequel, Crysis 2 only it's multiplat and will be hitting both Xbox 360 and PS3 also.
The game is the second entry in the planned Crysis triology and will be published by EA.

No word on a release date.

Damn that Nano edition is awesome it's a shame they stopped taking preorders virtually straight away must've been very limited.

The backpack looks like a pretty sweet laptop case hopefully the infamous 2 hero edition satchel is just as good albeit nowhere near as awesome in looks & design.

Yes, extremely limited. Not even my local EB got one.
Yes, you can fit a 17" laptop in that bag, hopefully has invisible mode so that you don't get mugged with it! (or bashed) [MOG]

Just been watching some comparison vids on this and damn does it look fine on 360. PS3 version is horribly blurry and the lighting is toned down.

Definitely 360 or PC.

I have both versions, and the 360 version is superior graphically, though controls are better on PS3 (I still dislike the 360 controller for FPS games, it is way too stiff).

Anyone who says the PS3 version looks better must be playing on an SDTV, because HDTVs show the 360 version trumping it in every way.

I hated just admitting that, I'm a Sony man through and through :P

My PC knowledge is very basic, so I had to go back to Crysis to compare to Crysis 2, and read up a bit about the development console and what not..

Sadly I've passed on the PS3 version and gone to xbox for this. Seeing them side by side I have to go with what I see for myself. The PS3 version looks shite, pure and simple. Not Homefront shite, but not equal to 360 quality that's fo'sure! Interesting that the quote about "being the best looking console game" is absent from from the PS3 case. Anyhoo

Well thats disappointing isnt it :( What specificially is shite? I have read other places that said it might not be as crisp as the 360 but it was still great looking.
