Can't believe there is no proper thread on this yet, but as alot of you may already have seen in the Live stream of the FF13 demo there was a trailer with in-game footage of Versus not of the game-play and unfortunately not as much action as was in the dengeki trailer. It's up for view at www.gametrailers.com/ & www.kotaku.com.au/ although the last one I found to lag abit. Both were uploaded from ja.justin.tv/ who was broadcasting the FF13 demo.

I reckon mid-late next year for Japan probably and 8 months after that for us YAY /sarcasm. This game looks heaps good

. I read a few comments and guys were like this is looking like FFVIII & they were getting $hitty, I loved FF8 it's the one in the series that opened my eyes to the awesome RPG series that is FF what with how cool Squall is and his Lionheart sword.

was anything new actually shown in the new versus trailer? I saw parts of it, and it just looked like a remixed older trailer, with barely anything new shown. I was a little dissapointed, thought they would of been able to show more...

Yeah I saw parts of it already but it was just an old trailer that got shown in private so they decided to pop it on the demo. I'm sure there will be more shown at E3 hopefully with some cool preview look of the battle game-play.

Versus estimated release in 2011 supposedly after FFXIV www.kotaku.com.au/ Damn it takes square-enix ages to make good games hopefully they at least show it off at TGS, oh well plenty of great games including FFXIII & FFXIV that release by that time to play until Versus releases

Err this will be about 10 times better then ff13.

People crying about waiting for ff games is funny.

If it wasn't for ff13 going to 360 we would already prob have ff13 and it would ffversus would be released in 2010.

I can't see much point in SE showing off anything new about Versus. I'd rather see them release a new final fantasy game first rather than being teased with more status quo of this FFXII sku.

We'll soon have Dissidia (although not an RPG, but atleast it's something FF that's decent). I'd like to hear more about 'Agito' as well. I'm still unsure of whether I'll be migrating myself into XIV's world?!?

More FFXIII please, less than a year to go I hope.

Yep a mature kingdom hearts with blood etc first final fantasy with blood.

Cannot wait he also said it was a diffrent battle system but yes simular to kh.

think about it man 2011 is a LONG time.. when I bought a ps3 I was expecting ff13 to come out in 2008 lol! This one looks better no doubt.......

FF12 better than KH? WHAT BS KH is one of the BEST gamese ever even if it is a little childish the game is very unique and if this is going to be matched with KH it's going to be hard to beat or even match it

I said Kingdom hearts was better then FFXII..............

I do have no doubt that Versus will be better then kh though:) kh3 announced at tgs 2010

The Sephiroth fights in KH1&2 were Epic battles talk about challenging fights in RPG's they'd be up there, if Versus ends up alot better than KH1&2 (which it will) then it will be an Epic game. Final Fantasy with Gore what more can you ask for

I only completed the game didn't do any end game... lol yeh useless.

Im starting ffx tonight as i never even finished that game let alone end game.

See you when FF13 releases lol, you serious your going to start FFX again? I spent so long on that game all summons & ultimate weapons let alone alot of hours on Blitzball

. Final Fantasy games always have terrific sidequests Blitzball & the Card game from FFVIII some of the best.

never finished ffX/13 dunno where i am lolz...i have ff7 ceribus to play and ff x-2 which both still somewhere...and still have 7 to play also...but im waiting for dissida that would be awesome
