New Medal Of Honor Revealed As "The Most Authentic Modern War Experience"

Electronic Arts has officially announced the reinvention of its first-person shooter war game Medal of Honor, bringing the franchise into the modern age and deploying it to Afghanistan, promising "the most authentic modern war experience" for fall 2010.

The all-new Medal Of Honor is currently in development at EA and DICE, responsible for the game's single-player and multiplayer components, respectively.

Medal Of Honor will make its video debut at the Spike TV VGAs on December 12 and hit the PlayStation 3, Wii, Xbox 360, PC, and Nintendo DSi next year.

That amply bearded, box-art starring soldier is a Tier 1 Operator, "a relatively unknown entity directly under the National Command Authority who takes on missions no one else can handle," according to EA's announcement. The new Medal of Honor—known simply as Medal of Honor—will give gamers a chance to "step into the boots of these warriors and apply their unique skill sets to a new enemy in the most unforgiving and hostile battlefield conditions of present day Afghanistan."

kennygirl was right a few pages back, tier 1 has i think 1 extra gun and the bearded dude skin, limited edition doesnt.

also, reguarding release dates, i know for a fact that if you try and sell a game at big w before its time, the register will not let you process the sale, a message comes up saying the item is not for sale. which is why i dont get how we ever break the street date.

2 extra guns a bearded man an camo, if its not unlockable threw gameplay, But i have been reading on numerous sites that its is unlockable then you can allways trade it in for the Tier1, plus i dont really want to play a some dirty wizard with a gun @_@

Where have you read it is unlockable? Links?
I have only read it is NOT unlockable or the reviewer made no opinion about. Share with me a site that specifically states it is unlockable.

anything that says instant access im guessing can be unlocked. unique stuff would be tier 1 only. so you get one extra gun and costume.

i still cant believe IGN gave this game a 6/10, man they're cod fanboys, thats why i believe never agree with a reviewer you must experience the game upfront NOT let someone experience it for you!!

for the 1 mil time, there is no difference, the difference is from the companies selling the product, some stores have different things. go type what is the difference between Tier 1 & Le and you will see...

Allso if u go on the US-Pstore and Purchase an add-on pack which will grant you access to all the bonus stuff you'd get in both LE n Tier1 editions, Not 100% on the price, i'll have to double check but i think the add-on is $4.95 US

@w84no1. As I said before I am on my iPhone. I'm on the train now so I am on the way.
I do understand the concept of instant access but you seem to be in denial or not willing to admit that there is also UNIQUE TEIR 1 extras. You know what unique means? Yeah it means they ARE ONLY AVALIABLE WITH THE TEIR 1 version.
To make it easier for you (and hopefully you stop trying to argue)
Teir 1 includes all the early access extras from the limited edt PLUS SOME EXTRA THINGS ONLY AVALIABLE IN TEIR 1. Not early access to it.
Hope that helps you. Or you can continue try dig your hole.
I also posted the link to the review that had the game and clearly stated this.
