From what I gather it is because of the United States Military that have taken over, in one of the videos it mentions that they are no longer obeying orders.
So the Special Ops team is sent in.
That's my asumption anyway...

I don't know why but I don't like how Nolan North does his voice acting in this game. He sounds too much like Nathan Drake (Uncharted) and Desmond (Assassin's Creed). He's a great voice actor and definitely one of my favorites as well, but sometimes he sounds too much alike like all the other games he plays in. lol. But then again with all the games hes been in. I would think it would be very hard coming up with new voices. :P

Finished this earlier today... @Leasha the twist in the story is freakin epic. Definitely worth playing.

I think it will be Heart of Darkness, but set in Dubai.

UPDATE: Yuuuup, Heart of Darkness.
