Yeah there is no real difference between 1080i and 1080p in terms of visuals. From what I know, 1080i panels refresh the screen by halves wheras 1080p panels refresh the whole screen, correct? If that's the case, 1080i would be the best way to go since it's offering a constant and smoother refresh rate.

Entice said: 1080p is way more superior to 1080i: - 1080p refreshes the image on the screen all the time, where was 1080i refreshes only half at a time. Hence the p for progressive and i for interlaced. - refresh rates = more images are moved. Therefore a higher refresh rate will lead to smoother images.
I am very disappointed with Haze, it was like playing a PS2 game. I know that some of you guys are gonna call me an HD maniac, but what's the point of the next gen systems? (except wii). Why do we bother with all these HD crap? It's because the next gen systems are supposed to be HD. If you're saying that HD doesn't matter then go back to the PS2 and the Xbox. Haze should've been a PS2 title, that would've made more sense.
Overall the game was overhyped and after all the delays we got a game that Microsoft made for the PS3.

Least you could do was say something random about Haze. Anyway, who has taken the plunge and bought Haze? I'm waiting for mine to arrive via slow shipping
