Yes game, not console.

Managed to find someone who has a copy of NBA Elite 11 which was cancelled. It is regarded as the rarest of all PS3 games, and i am hoping it is an astute investment.

If not i just paid a shit load of money for a poor game lolz

Ok guys the game arrived today at my wife's work.

When i get home tonight i will post pics of the disc and the game on my tv.

Following this i am going to write a review of the game for MMGN - how is that for a scoop - to be the only website with a review of the game. Actually, am i breaking any laws by writing a review of a game that was never released?

If admin could advise that would be great.

I also just bought an original release Dead Space that has been graded by them.

Beta yes - they will not grade it if they dont think its real. You can also request a detailed report on the grading they came to and their reasoning.

These guys are serious. Every minute detail is considered. Scuffing on the shrinkwrap will diminish the score received.

Potential buyers also have the benefit of knowing it has been verified by VGA (which also means VGA graded items tend to sell for more). The serial number you see in the photo can be looked up on the VGA website to verify the item.

if i bought one i would just open it and use it. unless its signed by someone or in some way different from any other copies of the game then i wouldnt bother.

its like people who collect cars and just leave them in a garage. they are meant to be used so that they can be appreciated by others.

thats my opinion anyway

Nope.

They are clear about not being a service that provides values....makes sense too - the market determines value and fluctuates.

Unsealed copy went last month for $2500 on ebay.

I agree. It would be an estimate that would probably have had changed by the time they tell you it.

Why is gold so valuable? Because it's rare. It doesn't matter what's on it, where it's from. If something is especially rare and has some worth to a group/market, it has worth.
