Have ordered from playasia as its in stock there and AUS $65 delivered.

Thinks it's a month away in Australian retail.

Gave last year a miss as tradionally Tiger doesn't evolve too much in a year, but lots more courses this time plus Ryder Cup plus cheap price thought I'd have another crack at it!

Well I guess you can always start a voice chat via the PS3 anyway. But you would hope that they added it in game for any MP game now.

the multiplayer is on youutube, looks like its not a clan you create just just ending up joing other randoms for team play.. but im hoping you can set up your own team

That review I quoted on page 4 says you can play with friends etc.

EDIT: Or did I imagine that ... hmmmm

EDIT: OK found quote from Gamespot review

"You can play against friends, get paired up with random opponents for ranked matches, and--as in last year's game--compete in daily, weekly, and play-the-pros tournaments that let you play alone and then upload your scores to leaderboards. "

Well I had Tiger 10 but the online was almost like a solo game, i.e. you dont actually play a round with anyone. This one has you in groups/pairs etc all playing at the same time like a real golf game.

The golf itself in Tiger 10 was damn good though but this added online part is what swung me around to get this years version as well.
