hey guys, this is a thread for all the people here at myps3 that work out. post up pics of your mucscles or anything!
Is it normal to work out just 25~30min a day?
Better than nothing. So I say yes

It depends on what you want to achieve and if you feel that training like that will help you achieve it. I have some days that are shorter than others. Gotta do whats right for you.

Better than sitting in the office all day and doing no exercise...

Done leg press, weights, x trainer today.. its a killer today...

I have decided I need to start doing it right, including eating like a monster.

I figure, I have the rest of my life to strip off the fat, so, if I've done it once, I'll do it again. Before summer hopefully. :)

Well last nights session was HUUUUGE, quite possibly over trained but still feeling good !! Keen for some core work tonight !

Okay so new goal is that i'm looking to hit 90 - 95 kilo then cut to 85
Sounding good, Rele.

I want to get to about 75kg, maybe 80, then cut to 70/75.

I'm loving the way I'm looking / feeling at the moment though. More definition and tone then I've ever had before. Still trying to wrap my head around the whole food thing though, hah.

How tall are you dude?

I'm asking cos I'm 175cms, and want to get to 82kgs then cut to 75-ish. But I'm not sure if that'll make me look thin. Maybe I should get in the high 80kgs, then cut down to low 80's :O

I'm 173cm.

How bad is Subway? I mean, just a basic low fat one? I have an app on my phone and calculated that a footlong Ham & Salad (no sauce, no cheese, plain bread etc) is only like.... 7.6g fat, and 514cal.
Also whats the difference between kcal and jcal or whatever it was called, I noticed some packages writes differently and it confuses me.

Yes. This confuses me as well. If you have an iPhone *scoffs -- everyone has one, right?*, search "My Fitness Pal" and download the first one that comes up in AppStore, think it's "Calorie Counter & ____". I've been using it for a few days. I'm trying to reach proper macros and calculated calories, and it's really good. Has basically everything in its data base, and there's a barcode scanner in the program, which you can scan your products to see what's in them -- if they're not in the system anyway.

Pleasant surprise when I went to the gym today I actually ran into a couple of people with manners, a nice change from the regular arseholes that use my local gym. One guy even asked if I was done with a machine even though it was pretty clean I was packing up. nice to see at least someone there has some courtesy.
Did back and Bi's today and I'm feeling it already because I was pretty slack all weekend. [Facepalm]
So I was minding my own business and some dude came out naked and started working out. Obviously he was told to put some clothes on but his excuse were "Its too hot after the sauna".

I left the gym immediately. I worked out like 45min today so I was happy enough lol
