If you guys are like me, then you simply can not get enough of violence & gore in video games

Well this is a really neato sign for us "adult" gamers, which i assume is all of us

Looks like things might be starting to change.

I import worse than 18 + movies all the time....uhhh for umm research purposes..... and customs don't seem to care so i doubt the rubber glove would be put to use for games..

TBH I think thats just a scare tactic

It's a threat. They don't open a package unless they think it contains illegal material. Unless you're importing a whole box load of illegal porn, I wouldn't worry about it. They're not going to worry about one package with one game in it.

Thats all it would be, like Gaetano said, they're not going to be too fussed over one game and would only open a package if it looked suspicious in some way. Looks like my copy has made it safely with UPS delivery

I will be playing this tomorrow, cant wait.

there should be a R18 rating in australia, a game doesnt have to have adult content to be R18, it could include alot of violence, blood. Games such as GTA IV, Silent Hill (Big Titles) are being edited thus missing out on some content and delaying the game (SH HC)

If I remember correctly the Vic Attorney General is trying to get Atkinson to change his mind. I found an article a while ago with the Vic Attorney Generals email address, saying he encourages gamers to contact him with their views.
I did so, and eventually got a reply (from an employee).
So it's not all bad, I guess.

well how about they give all the states who allow the 18+ rating and let the people in SA suffer for who they voted in

years ago movies would get released everywhere bar queensland cause it got banned, they could do the same for games

I'd choose the fukuro lady from SH3.

Anyway, I don't think cosplay would get the desired reaction. I'm thinking it'll just make gamers look like weirdos to non-gamers. If it makes it on the news I can just imagine the lame jokes.

Stupid gametraders immature dumb idea I hope noone rocks up, cosplay is a bad way to get the important message across. Curse you atkinson working with gametraders the overpriced game store for 2nd hand games, to make gamers look like kids. if this cant be stopped hope one guy dresses as the bald guy from hitman, walk into atkinsons office and slip something into his coffee lol.
