That tiny little rubbish bin that you get is a job. It's the size of small tupperware container and it all ways gets filled up before rubbish day. I recycle everything and it still gets full [Rage]

you should try fitting in over 70 nappies a week in that little bin :E

my freaking slow internet like i been trying to download a aniem series angel beats nd it takesover 3 and a half freaking hours to download a 250MB file on torrent and taks an hour to downoad a 80MB off of torrent which makes me go nuts i cant even think why thoses lying b><tards at dodo call there unlimited plans 'broadband' because it feels im always freaking capped it's liek dial up but liek 10 KB faster ffs
and that im unable to get decent broadband where i live most of teh time it's only 45min out of the way from a freaking city it isnt that frigging remote yet i cant even get ADSL and of course of ADSL 2 i bet we were lucky to get freaking dail up there
and thoses lazy internet supplier not do anything to fill in there freaking spots which cant even get broadband or fast dail up
and there feaking stuff like those Internet USB which i find are a massive ripp for both pre-paid and plan i believe telstra trying to force them onto people like label them 'remote' so there can get all the money because have you looked at some of teh USB plans like you go over your limit and your instantly charged $100 + more for each MB your go over and on teh pre-paid ones you cant win with them cause there horrible wth limits at well like if i put $100 in one of my USB internet stick i would only get 6GB of downloads and that horrible considering for $100 you could easily buy a ADSL plan that goes well and truely over 300GB!!!!

OK about two weeks ago we had a Brand New Mitsubishi Split system installed. We paid for it and the installation, $2850.
Now 2 day after installing it, the weather turned shit so we turned it on. The air conditioner started up no problem, but when we turned it to heating NOTHING, it sits there in standby mode or defrost mode and never kicks in to heating. So we called the installer who said unfortunately he was not a warranty agent only an installer, so we would have to go through warranty to get it fixed.
So we have contacted warranty, and now two weeks later I finally get a phone call from the agents in a town that is 50 minutes away. And they are telling me that they are going to charge me $150 in travel and also $80 for their time as this is not covered under warranty, EACH TRIP!!!.
So lets say it only needs new communication boards for the out side fan, it will cost me $460 to get the BRAND NEW split system to work (two trips).
So here it is I live in a small town surrounded by other larger towns, all with in a 50 min drive. And all warranty agents are going to charge me money to travel, I am absolutely FURIOUS [Rage] because this BRAND NEW piece of shit has not worked straight out of the box, and now it is going to cost me more of my own money, which I cant afford to get the F'n thing to work!
I'm losing sleep over this crap, my wife is pregnant and she is stressing on this, the weather is shit, the house is freezing again and we have no heat...I just don't know what to do!!
It is unfair that it is costing me MORE money to get something to work that should worked STRAIGHT OUT OF THE BOX! It's like I'm being punished for buying this piece of shit that was recommended to me.
And all the **** heads at the Warranty joint say it "Sorry but we can not do anything unless a warranty agent comes out and checks it out first."

First of all that is crap customer service both from Mitsubishi and the retailer from where you brought the split system. have you contacted the mitsubishi service department ?

I deal with Mitsubishi Electric at work and i've found them to normally be very helpful with any faults / complaints.
Most warranties will have a clause involving being within a 'Service area' (varies from product to product anywhere between 50 and 150kms) but even so, you should not have to pay for any parts / labour just the travel.

First thing i'd be doing is getting on to whoever you got it from, they should really be doing all the chasing around to get your problem solved, thats how we look after our customers

Day at work, the only good part of my day at work ( which was bitter sweet) was fusing platinum. The goggles I wear block out alot of light :D so as soon as I put them on I almost nodded off... Zzzzz
