i know how you feel... when im at uni, where in the computer laps all day because i do multimedia design... just go on Myps3 look around... or play Lan with other people around uni

I have a huge day tomorrow!

We are playing a gig in our home town and my promotions company is running it,

Straight after work I gotta drive home (50km) swap into my dads ute, go pick up the lighting, drop if off and setup at the venue, do sound testing until 7:30 then going up to our jam space for a last rehearsal. Then off to see Inglorious Basterds....

Tomorrow there is a lot to be done, more sound testing, buying supplies, setting up the canteen, band passes and then a big night of live music! It's tough but oh so rewarding!

Well basically my day looks like this

9:00am - go to the venue and set up all our equipment, drums, amps, guitars, pedals, label everything and tape it down.

10:00am - Go to get supplies for the canteen and stocktake. Put them in the fridge. Get $50 worth of $5 notes for the door and $20 of $1 coins for the canteen as a float. Make sure the money is secure.

11:00am - My band does an hour long sound check with the sound technician.

12:00pm - Go and laminate and cut up the band passes.

1:00am - Go and organise my costume for the night (we are all dressing up)

4:00pm - Check the lighting and make sure eveyrthing is perfect.

5:00pm - Difusion (the first act of the night) do a sound check for an hour

6:00pm - Talk to my team (Seriouscat Promotions) and brief them on the night, get them pumped up and ready to go.

6:15pm: Door open

6:30pm: Bands start

12:30am: Bands Finish and packup

2:00am - All equipment packed up and hall cleaned ready to go out.

Epic day!
