Right now were having beef and noodles (there's probably an name for it). Pretty much everything has Chile on it :P took me a year to get used the hot food. First time I had it I was sweating.

Lol i met a couple of places where the chili was enough to make my eyes water and sweat but most are very mild... even nandos hot sauce isn't that for me.

Welcome. ^_^ You need to try it for at least three weeks. Depending on how much starch/glucose you usually eat, you might feel a little scatterbrained or slow as your body gets used to burning fat for energy instead of glucose. For me, it manifested as visiting the snack pantry hourly for the first week, and going away empty-handed because I don't rack disciprine.

This is the end of my second week now and I feel golden, like I did when I was sixteen or so. Steady energy levels from when I wake up at 4:30 AM to when I sleep at 9 PM, regardless of the gardening or exercise or studying I do. Also hungry less often, and zero cravings for junk food.

Yeah, most mainstream food outlets idea of 'hot' isnt hot at all. Gotta go to a good South East asian restaurant for real spicy food.
