What DS to purchase?

I honestly have no clue what im doing DS wise anymore. I was wondering if you guys could help me pick out a DS that wont break my budget but is still a good one. It can be new or if you have one up on ebay ill look at it too. Thanks in advance for all information and advice.

Aren't the DS Lite and DSi the same price now? I'm getting a job in July ( already got accepted ) and I can get a lot of money from it but I DON'T want a XL. DSi or DS Lite probably. Also if you have tips on games, accessories or anything just let me know. Everything is very appreciated

Also I havn't been into my DS for a while now all I can say is get the Pokemon & Zelda games.

Zelda
Mario Kart
Pokemon
Any other Mario Games
LEGO Rock Band
Castlevania

They're just some of my favourites though, each to their own

I haven't tried the PSP Go, but I have had DSi and Lite, and found the DSi's buttons easir to use.

0.25" bigger screens which are quite a lot biggre when you are actually using it, slightly thinner (DSi), 0.3 MP cameras, DSi Shop (like PSN shop or whatever), DSi Browser (good for Mobile Facebook and MyDS), improved Wifi

You did forget one major difference, there's now no GBA slot. So you can't play GBA games on the DSi if you want to, you still can with the lite though.

Afraid not, the DSi XL and normal DSi don't have a GBA slot unforunately. It was taken was some unknown reason by Nintendo. If you want to play Golden Sun 1 and 2 on your DS you'll have to get a Lite or the original.

If your gonna pick one of those two go with the Lite, the original is quite hard to find now and the lite has a better look to it and is less bulky that the normal DS, not to mention they aren't too expensive now.

imo wait for e3 and see when the 3Ds is coming out.... and more details, if its soon then just wait for that, if its ds compatible, but if u can't wait i guess u could just get a dsi.
