I am hoping there's enough new ideas in this game to stop it from becoming just a shiny looking FPS game.

Check EB to see if they have anymore copies at that price our wait for a Stream sale. A PC digital download game would have to be pretty epic to spend 90 bucks on.

Actually saw a few good PC games really cheap at EB today, might be worth checking out. Check out their prices on Steam before you go though there's bound to be a few that's cheaper there.

I think msot of the issues surrounding ATI were at launch, should be all sweet now.

Most of those issues would have been ironed out with driver updates.
without any major frame drop even when the screen is busy.
I'm stoked that I can run this game on high settings. One of those games that's actually optimized for PC. Well you'd want it to be since ID was involved.

Yeah you're picking it up months after launch, all of us who got it launch day don't feel so happy about it. Ran like a bucket of bolts with horrid texture pop in.

Glad it's all fixed now, doubt I'll ever go back to it though.

Ok one thing that kept me playing when I fired up the game was the intro, I liked the whole Arc thing and waking up to a post apocalyptic future. With out killing the story too much for me do they give you more info about who you are and where you came from later on. I'm only a few hours into the game so I hve barely got my footing so far.

Slowly progressing in this game and I'm pretty hooked on it. Love the story so far and I'm keen to see what happens next. I'm taking my time playing though it, exploring everything do all the side missions I can find etc.

Halp! X_X I jumped while going down the little lift while in subway town. now I'm stuck in the floor. Anyway to get out of this mess because when I restart the game I'm still there? I've walked around heaps hoping I could glitch back to the surface but no go :(

Finished this the other night and I was very disappointed at how it ended. What I thought was just another mission to progress through the game ended up being the last stage. I honestly thought I was only half way though the game, I finished doing what was needed while fighting off piss weak enemies and when done a cut screens pops up and the credits roll [WTF]
It's not often I finish a game and very rare I finish one this quickly. I got through it in around 15 hours and I took my time and explored the area, did all the side missions, talked to everyone etc. It feels like the made half the game and then gave up. I'm more disappointed than pissed off because I was really enjoying the game.

Hmm I think I didn't explore the free DLC that came with the game, the Rage sewers. I might go have a look around there to get a little more out of the game.

Love Deus Ex, one of my favourite PC games. If say Rage is worth getting if you see it cheap, not worth full price because there's just not enough content there to keep you going.

Yeah that's worth getting then, I paid 28 bucks for the PC version and even though I complained about it being short it was still worth that money.
