This guy, Cliffy B, the creator of Jazz Jackrabbit and Gears of War has come out and publicly said the following statement:

Next-gen's here. It's been here. It's a high-end PC.



This is big news considering his Gears of War franchise is a FLAGSHIP title for the Xbox 360, a franchise that any gamer immediately associates with the console.

How do you feel about that statement? Is PC gaming truly out of the woods now? Are console gamers afraid for their future? Keep the discussion on topic, try to keep flaming to a minimum :P

High end PC's are the in a different class of their own, they have never really been a console so it's defined as a seperate category, I get what he's saying, if your looking for the next bigger and best thing PC gaming can provide that for you because of the constant upgrade to components.
PC gaming to me isn't out of the woods or in it cause until they stop using computers there will always be a PC version cause if it's on the PC it will be better.
