Apache: Air Assault takes players around the world in 16 multi-stage missions involving air and ground strike operations off the coast of Africa, the mountains of the Middle East and the jungles of Central America, each meticulously created using high resolution map data from real-world satellite photography. Apache aims to be a true to life experience, bringing the player into the moment with the rush and adrenaline of a military operation while maintaining the precision needed to complete vital objectives.
Whether you want to take to the skies alone or with a friend, Apache: Air Assault gives you the choice. The game features a local co-op mode which has one player piloting while the other player serves as the gunner. Online co-op is also available with the Squad Operations mode where 2-4 players may fly together in an Apache squadron in exclusive tactical missions optimized for co-op gameplay. As an added bonus, players can enter “free flight” mode and pilot additional bonus choppers and create their own one-off missions to test and hone their skills.
