Assassin's Creed 3 is a great time for newcomers to join the series, says Ubisoft.
Assassin's Creed 3 is actually the fifth game in a franchise that has sold nearly 40 million copies, but it has a new era, focusing on the American Revolution, and a new protagonist with a real name nobody will ever remember, so we'll just call him Connor.
"This is a great time for gamers to join the adventure," Ubisoft UK boss Rob Cooper told MCV. "There's a huge will from Ubisoft to bring more gamers into this universe."
"Assassin's Creed 3 is the biggest and most ambitious launch in Ubisoft's history so we absolutely believe this game will continue to grow the franchise."
