Call of Duty: Modern Warfare series developer, Infinity Ward, is working on "an exciting unannounced title for the next generation console systems", a job ad placed by the developer has revealed.
"Come work with the game industry's brightest to design and implement high level network code for an exciting unannounced title for next generation console systems," reads the ad for a Senior Network Engineer.
The developer has worked exclusively on the Modern Warfare series since 2007's first entry in the franchise, so it would be safe to assume that it's either a new Call of Duty brand, or Modern Warfare 4.
The developer shared the development reigns with Sledgehammer, who may very well have taken the Call of Duty mantle while Infinity Ward focuses on another title.
Infinity Ward's parent company, Activision, is publishing Bungie's 'Destiny' project, which is a next-gen title.
