Dungeon Defenders has enjoyed great success
Publisher plans to support it with DLC and add-ons for the franchise
More content due for PC gamers

It seems every man, woman, child and Lombax are on the Dungeon Defenders bandwagon, and in a recent interview, Reverb Publishing CEO talked about the success of this indie gem.

It is tremendously successful franchise, we have lots of plans to support it both with DLC and additional add-ons for the franchise." - Doug Kennedy, Reverb Publishing.

The developer still has three more packs planned for all platforms, with PC gamers enjoying Holiday DLC, the New Heroes Pack, the Barbarian character, Assault Mission Pack, Nightmare Mode and more, which won't be launching on consoles due to "technical and business" concerns.

Ironically I was disappointed with the barbarian, I was hoping for the more traditional Towers over secondary actives.

But I was one of the people who suggested they have active abilities in place of Apprentice's towers back with the Apprentice uproar in how they were actually useless with weaker turrets but then they got buffed and then other crap then it steam rolled into a point I didn't care anymore and I was over and done with the game...

Though this is just self buffs so meh.

I'm over this game, I though I could get into it but nope~ I did get my moneys worth while it lasted.

Still plenty of people playing it though :P

It's not necessarily time consuming if you go through the main content, but you won't necessarily get much closure, they way they tell the story is fun-ish though.

If you're not the grindy repetitive type it's definitely not the game for you, you can finish the game in like 2-4 hours I'd say if you really wanted to.

Edit: actually that's probably exaggerated closer to 4-12 though.
