Fifa 12 gets January transfer window update

EA has released squad updates for Fifa 12 to replicate the real world January transfer period.

The new teams will download automatically in Head-to-Head Seasons, and can be manually applied for other game modes in "Customise FIFA" by selecting the "Change Squads/Rosters" option and downloading the update.

Changes include Gary Cahill jumping from Bolton to Chelsea and 37-year-old Paul Scholes coming out of retirement to play for Manchester United with an overall rating of 81.

nice, its definitely not something you'd expect ea to do after the games been out for a few months. though expect any bugs to be fixed in the next iteration of fifa ( 2013 while inadvertently creating new ones ):P
