Happy 20th birthday Wolf 3D!

Do you love Call of Duty? Maybe you're a Battlefield kind of gamer? Or perhaps you enjoy a narrative-based first-person shooter like BioShock. Well you should all be thanking id Software and Wolfenstein 3D, the grandaddy of the genre who turns 20 years old today.

To celebrate, id has ported Wolf 3D to web browsers, giving younger gamers a chance to enjoy a very interesting history lesson.

If you don't have PC handy, the iOS version is currently free on the App Store, so there is no excuse for not celebrating this momentous occasion.

And I hope you didn't misread how this is the first time I've played it, but I've heard about it before. Sadly, I was two months old when it first came out.

I remember playing this back in the day. Was great fun! I sucked, but was fun! :P

Downloaded it on my iPhone a day ago. Have yet to play it though. :(
