Tim Schafer, the creator of Monkey Island and the man who made $3.4 million on kickstarter, is heading to Australia in June.
Schafer is heading to Melbourne for the Game Masters Exhibition, where he'll give a speech about many things, including the role of auteurs in game development, reports MCV.
He is the second special guest to be announced, following Peter Molyneaux.
The Game Master Exhibition will be held at ACMI in Melbourne between June 28 and October 28. It will display the work of numerous gaming legends from Pac-Man to Sonic and SimCity.
ACMI has released a video interview with Tim Schafer to give a brief insight of what he'll be talking about.
