Skateboarding legend Tony Hawk has revealed via Twitter that the HD remake of the iconic Pro Skater series will be released digitally on the PlayStation Network and Xbox Live Arcade in June.
The remake is rumoured to feature at least ten of the 18 levels from the first two Tony Hawk titles, and will possess some (not all) of the songs from the original soundtrack.
Players can expect to see fan favourite characters return such as Tony Hawk (obviously), Rodney Mullen and Andrew Reynolds, whilst newcomers such as Chris Cole and Hawk's son Riley have been added to the mix.
Pricing for the game has not been announced yet.
