With drool running down my mouth more than usual, Naughty Dog and Sony are finally releasing a 'Collector's Edition' for the Uncharted series. More specifically, Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception Collector's Edition.
This time it will be available for the gamers to purchase from their favorite game store or online.
Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception Collector's Edition includes the following items;
• The Bluray Disc game in a "Steelbook" game case
• a Sideshow Collectibles Nathan Drake Statue
• replica of Drake's belt buckle
• replica of Drake's ring/necklace
• all that concealed in a "Travelling Chest"
This is so far just confirmed for the US market, and no downloadable digital packs were mentioned either at this stage.
This collector's edition still sounds a little incomplete, but surely they'll announce additional digital items with it once it becomes available for pre-order in the US.
Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception is scheduled for release in North America on 11.1.11 and the Collector's Edition is priced at US$99.99.
I'm sure the PAL CE will be shortly announced and will most likely better what is offered for the US.
