Rockstar's PlayStation 3 exclusive, Agent, seems dead in the water. The game was first revealed during Sony's E3 2009 press conference, but has since been a no-show at practically every major gaming event since.
The game has apparently been in development since 2007, and with just a logo to satisfy our cravings thus far, it's no longer a question of when the game will be released, but rather if it'll ever see the light of day.
Sony pushed aside queries about the game at E3 2012, suggesting that media ask Rockstar whether the game was still in development.
The game came up today during a Take-Two (Rockstar's parent company) investors call, to which the publisher's response was rather disappointing.
"We haven’t announced anything about that title," said the publisher. You don't say?
Has the game been scrapped? Is both Rockstar's and Take-Two's relunctance to talk about the game evident of its cancellation, or perhaps just a ploy to bury the game's development and focus on the upcoming Grand Theft Auto V?
