A 28-year-old Sydney resident reckons that he smashed a Guinness World Record for video-gaming, claiming that he clocked up almost 136 hours playing video games. The original article can be viewed

Early on Tuesday, Okan Kaya took over the previous record made by two Canadian men - 120 hours.
It was midnight when he put down his PS3 controller and stopped playing Black Ops II after versing other players online for the past 135 hours and 50 minutes.
On Tuesday, he was very confident that he had beaten the World Record. Despite breaking the record, he also ended up with a world-wide ranking of 29 after starting in the millions.
Apparently, he stayed in a room, sipping energy drinks, sleeping in a sleeping bag and listening to loud music when he was starting to feel weary.
Surprisingly, Kaya's boss was the one who kept him going - with sufficient witnesses to his gaming experience and the constant support of energy drinks being supplied by him.
Seems like a wonderful few days Kaya had there!
