I really feel like the leap in graphics isnt going to be as massive as the last leap. I think alot of people are setting themselves up for disappointment. I hope im wrong and it is a big leap, I just think the games will be bigger. I hope people get what I am trying to say. Also I kinda wish they would keep it a bit simpler in terms of the prototype controller that was leaked. Simple has worked for Sony in the past and throwing in all these little gadgets that are going to be more of nuisance is going to alienate alot of diehard fans.

Yeah I could see some people setting themselves up for disappointment.

But I agree that they should probably keep the controller simple. I mean I understand what they're trying to do. Mobile gaming popularity on tablets and smartphones keeps increasing and I can't blame Sony trying to implement touch.

I just hope that Sony doesn't have an abomination of a controller either. I wasn't at all keen with the wii remote when that was first released and found certain games on there ruined the experience with unnecessary gimmicks (forced waggle moves in Donkey Kong)

If you're going to have the move/camera combo again. Pack them in this time around as we've found during each gen that peripherals dont really gain acceptance unless they're bundle in by default.

It didn't help that the PS3 was so expensive that bundling it at a decent price would erode any perception that the sony is competing on price which has plagued them this gen.

The kinect was more successful in my eyes because there were better bundles with it and you didn't need to buy any more accessories to play with others. Unfortunately, the great games were few and far between.

I agree, although I am excited to see what they bring to the table. I'm kinda hoping some sort of vita integration, such a good little handheld that isnt getting enough attention. I think its time Sony started really giving it the attention it deserves.

Exclusives will be the only reason ill "need" to buy the ps4. The new infamous game might be the selling point to me.. I mean if I buy a wiiu for mario ill but ps4 for infamous.. Ill wait and see what other exclusives I might like

yes, way bigger, the difference was not a big leap last time as you think, but this time around they have upped the power by about 10 times over the PS3, you will notice it big time at launch, but within a year you will really start to see a even bigger difference, the BluRay drive this time around will hold up to 250 gigs of data, which will make a world of difference
